That hereafter it s###;lt shall be .unlawful.for any person,,firm# or corporation engaged in buying and selling Second Hand Goods or Junk,acting either as 'principal or agent to purchase any Second Hand Gods or Junk of any nature or description_whatsoever-including dairy milk bottles,from any Minor under the -age of Twenty one yea.rs,without first having reported such proposed purchase to the Chief of Police of the City of Fa.yettevile,Arkansa.s. Provided further,that it ihall.be the duty.of such person,firm or corporation so buying any such article,toiake the name and age of each seller,together with a description of the "AA@XF article offered for sale,and-also-the date upon -which. it was offer.ed,and"to record all of the - same in P, book to. be kept for that purpose. Section 2.- It shall be unlawful for any -such Minor -to give or furnish any such -dealer any name,other than his true and correct name.
