This meeting was called- for the -purpose of receiving- a --report- from the 'Voter Commiss Jot ioners in regard to the proposed Filteration Plant. - Prof. Gladson from the Commiissioners reported_tha.t_they _could _inetall.a plant at approx imate cost of $220000. ## r#i�i�4 # # # he also exibited plane for same, and also stated that the money could be obtained for at the rate of ?_percent,_ _ After some discuasion'by the council with Prof Gladson,Ald Cornwell moved that the City except the lowest bid for the construction of the filertation plant and except the Ft Smith bankers reposition to f nish-the money for same, and the Mayor andCityAttorney o over the propea t on with their Attorney a esus warrants for same.
