' AN ORDINANCE To fix and establishethe City license fsr theatrical companies giving drama tic or operatic performancee_within the -City --of Fayetteville,Arkaneas. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OB THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE$RKANSAS: Section one:. That the city lioness for all theatrical companies giving operatic or " dramatic performances within the coporate limits of the said city"ehall be Ten Dollars ($10,00) for each single day during which any such performances shall be given,or Twenty --- five Dollars ($25.00 for six (6) consecutive daya,regardless of -the number of performances. Provided that nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to apply to bona fide amateur performa,nces-,-or--performances given purely for cha.ir.ity,or-for any -performances given in a duly licensed?opera house or theater. Section Two.
