That hereafter itshall be unlawful for any person or persona to ride a.ny bicycle,veloc_ipede.coacting wagon. or other vehickle of whatsoever kind or description upon .�3 'the'sidelaa.lks within the corporate limits -of -the city of Fa.yettevile,Arkansas,Provided„ , tL nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to apply to-the'use,of.,roller skates, upon the said`sidewalks during the daylight hours. - 4�� Section Two.
