That by the passage of this resolution the City of Fayetteville hereby and in good faith agrees to -pay -to -the- order -of the board of improvement of said improve _ ment district,ea.ch year for the lawful term of the bonds of said district,but in no case to exceed. eight years', the sum of Two Hundred _Dollars_($200.00).
