That T.L.11### Hart,F.P.Ha.11, J.C.White,three electors of the City of FayettevilT Arka.neas,are hereby appointed to constitute a board of assessement of the benifits to be 'received by each lot or block,or other subdivision of land within West Lafayette Avenue Improvement District Number One,of the City od Fayettevilt,Arkansas,by reason of the pro posed improvement.
