That the Council of the City of Fayetteville hereby agrees that in the event an impr
ovement district is formed within sixty days from the passage of this re'dolution to- improve
by paving College Avenue from the intersection. of Center Street north to the South end of
°the Bridge in front of the property of BR.Davidson,v;ith - - Asphalt from curb to-
curb :pith c?-ushed stone it is.the sense of of thiis Council that the City of
Fayetteville will gine the Sum of Fifty seven d.undred.dol.lars,-payable-at-the'rate-of. -
',I'ive Hundred dollars each year for Three years;a.n,d Six Hundred dollars eoeh year for Seven
years;provided however that in no event should the City of Fayetteville be liable for more
Ithnn the One Third of the total cost of'sa.id improvements,exclusive of interest; and provided
!futther,that said improvement'sha.11,be approved by the Street Committee of said City.
