BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVULLE,ARKANSAS:
That the Council of the City of Fayetteville hereby agrees that in the event an impr
ovement district is formed within sixty days from the passage of this re'dolution to- improve
by paving; College Avenue from the intersection, of Center Street north to the South end of
µthe Bridge in front of -the property of B?.Davidson-,with Asphalt from curb to -
curb •with crushed stone it is.the sense of of thiis Council that the City of
hayettev.ille-will give the Sum of Fifty seven d.undred dollar-s,-payableat the -rate -of- -
;'ive Hundred dollars each year for Three years;ard Hix Hundred dollars cash year for Seven
�years',provided however that in no event should the City of Fayetteville be liable for more
than the One Third of the totaal cost of' said improvements, exclusive of interest; and provided
futther,that said improvement'sha.11.be approved by the Street Committee of said City.
