some discussion Aid Cravens moved that the bids be rejected and the matter be refferred back
to the Street Committee, votewas taken Ayes Aid Cornwell ,Cra.vens,PhilIips,Price ,Stephens,
1,eyes Nose ,Absent and not voting Aid Eason,ifayor declaredthe motion adopted.
