ARESOLUTION TO PROVIDE FOR THE CREATION OF A SINKING FUND TO BE USED ONLY FOR THE
-* PURPOSE OF 111E PURChASE MOTOR - DRIVEN FIRE APPARATUS -FOR -'THE FAYETTEV ILLE- F -IRE DEPART73ENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THP: COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYRTTP:VILL,E*ARYAN SAS:
Section- LThat one third{f'd1'i`7' aj3) of all money derived and collected by reason of
the levy of the City Tax for Fire Department'pdrposes be set aside into a. seperate fund,to
_be_ u#46'## known And designated -as the Fire Apparatus Fund_,no part ad. such Fund shall.be
transferred to any other Fund for any purpose whatsoever;and no warrant shall be drawn upon

and a.pproval;and all resolution or parts thereof in comflict herewith be and the same are
