Portland Cement: The Portland Cement shalQbe one of the recognized standard brands of
cement,and- shall -be .subject to the tests adopted by the Ami#CnAmerican Society -of- Testing --Ma.te-ials.-- -
Fine Aggregate: The fine aggregate shall consist of clean sharp sand,and it shall be
1� free from- loam,vegeta.ble matter and other forgein_substance.
Coarse Aggregate, The c arse aggregate shall consist of broken stone or clean grave

Concrete Gutters. shall be built along th line of each curb to the width of three and one
