AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF BENEFITS UPON REAL PROPERTY
LOCATEDWITHIN AV12IUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER ONE,FAYETTEVILLE? ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the majority in value of the property holders owning property adjoining the
locality to be affected_ and situated in Lafayette Avenue..Improvement-District Number-
_-- One, ors�anized for the purpose of grading draining, rollingipacadamizing Lafayette Avenue
from Olive Street to College Ay_enue; and for the construction of curbs and gutters
along said -part of said Avenue, have petitioned the council of the City of. Fayetteville
for the construction of said improvement,and•that the cost thereof shall be assessed
