WHEREAS, the majority in value of the property holders owning property adjoining the locality to be affected_ and situated in Lafayette Avenue..Improvement-District Number- _-- One, ors�anized for the purpose of grading draining, rollingipacadamizing Lafayette Avenue from Olive Street to College Ay_enue; and for the construction of curbs and gutters along said -part of said Avenue, have petitioned the council of the City of.
