AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF BENEFITS UPON REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED WITHitt 'LAFAYETTE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER ONE,FAYETTEVIII ? ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the majority in value of the property holders owning property adjoining the
locality to be affected and situated in Lafay_ett_e Avenue,-Improvement-District_Number
One, organized

for the purpose of grading Oraining, rollingglacadamizing Lafayette Avenue
From Olive Street to College Ayenue; and for the construction of curbs and gutters _
