Regular Meeting City Council held March I9 th I9I5.

Minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved.
Merrs Snyder and Hamilton a committee from the Buisness Mena Club was present and addressed
ji the.Council asking the Citys cooperation with them in oiling the streets they presented

Mr. C.A.Pearson waspresent and adreesed the Council asking the Council to grant him
permission to put a sidewalk along the aide of his property less than the specifications
call for, whereupon Ald. Price moved that the matter of air Perasons be referred to the

Street Committee, which was duly Sec by A1dEason, motion carried.
-Ald-Cornwell reported that the Bids on printing the Vital Statist ice Blanks were $9,50
-and. $9.75-.•per--f-ive hundred. - -
Whereupon -Aid Qravens moved that Dr. Towler have the -Blanks -printed, -which was duly -
by Ald Phillipa, motion carried.
Ald Cornwell r### from the Finance Committee reported that the reports of the various
officals for Febuary were examined and found to be correct except the treasuer report

A RESOLUTION TO authorize and empower the Board of Public Affairs of the City
of Fayetteville, A.rkansas,to sign a lease by and between the City_of Fayettevill,e,a._ _-
"-Arkansan,and`one Pb -of Springtown, Benton ,County, Arkansas under the
provisions of
which the said Roxall for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00
--- -•- - - --- grants to said city the right to enter onto a. -certain tract- of land- set forth�'in ss.id
lease, and to remove therefrom stone and gravel for a period of five -(5) years; and
