Aid Phillips introduced -the resolution as follows:Be it resolvee by the Council of the
- City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, that the rate of taxes for the City Hospital for the year
I9I40 be and it is hereby declared to be One (I) Mill on the dollar of the eased valuation
of all real and personal property within the limits of the said City, as shown by the assess meb
for. the county and -Stat -e -purposes , and the same is hereby levied and the Mayor

paid to the Board of Health would be donated to the Salary of Dr. Towler, provided the

to the Fire and Water Committee to work in conjunction with Mr Duggans with power to act.
