Eason and Phillips and Chi of the Fire Department, C.S.Duggans, as such Committee. -_--An agreement.was-reached_ with Frank Barr whereby the City released its rights to the _____bank .instruments and in-return_Barr released his right in the Bank Stand. Ald._Sour introduced an ordinance entitled " Ann ordinance to fix the salary of the City _-_,.Attorney of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas,-" which was read the first time, whereupon Ald. Sour moved that the rules be txxihax suspended and said ordinance be read the second time, which motion was duly seconded by Ald. Cornwell. and adopted and said, ordinance was read the second tim whereupon Ald. Cornwell moved that the rules be further suspended and said ordinance be read the _ third time and placed upon its passage, which motion was duly seconded by Ald.
