Pro Tem. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
W.E.Wallace, City Sanitary man reported to the nouncil that he was unable to dump
the_night.soil on the the -City -had- previously_ made-.arraingments for_and he_mould_be
compelled. to make other arraingments, which would cost the city $15.00 per month, upon motion
of Aldo Cornwell, -seconded _by Aldo -Sour, Mro_ wall_ace was allowed the sum of $15.00 per month
beginning, with March -1st-, 1914u-ntil-fur_ther_ notice, to -take care of said nicht soil.. Upon
motion of Aid. Cornwell, _seconded by_Ald. Phillips, -the "Dog Killer"_ was allowed the sum of
- -- 500 for each dog killed and--buried-b3 said. "Dog -Killer_"-the -owner__of.whom refused to -pay the-__-
_ City license due thereon and said dog-being_killed at the City's instructions.
Aid. Eason from the Auditing Committee reported the following accounts against the
