r-�6ec, 1. That the Superintenden of the Ctty Water Plant and the Commissioners of Water
Improvement-District-Number-One,-of-Fa,'t'tevi-lle--Arkansaa; be -and -they are hereby -required and -
directed to turn over to the Treasurer of the City of Fayetteville, within fifteen days from and

arising from the operation of the City Water Plant and to take therefor the receipt of the said

Sec.2That the Superintendent of the_City Water Plant be and he is hereby required and

directed to turn over the Treasurer of0he City of Fayetteville, all -funds collected -by Him - - -
_or his agent, arising from the operation f the City Water Plant every fifteen days and oftener,

Sec. 4, That no bill or account accuring from -the operation of the City Water Plant or

manner that all bills and accounts are allowed and paid as provided by existing ordinances. - -
Sec. 5, That the Water Fund hereby created shall at all times be kept seperate and distin.t

" .-Whereas,. an ordinance-has_been_pas ed by.the_C_ounciI of.the City of Fayetteville, Arkansa_
requiring the Superintendent of the City W�ter Plant to deliver to the City Treasurer all funds
arising from_the_operation of the said pla t every fifteen days and oftener, if practicable.
And whereas, in order to pay the contigent expenses of -the said-ptant the -Superintendent - -- -
of the said plant is compel.ed to have at all times a sum of money at his disposal to pay such

Now therefore be it resolved by the Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arka.naas.
- That upon the -requisition of-the-Sunex n-tendent.of the. City Water Plant for-a.sum_of money_
in no case to exceed fifty dollars, the Counc 1/May order a warrant drawn on the Water Fund
created by- the -ordinance above_ ref erred -to -for ._such -sum; which sum shall be placed_ -in the hands
of the said Superintendent, to be disbursed by him in the payment of the said contigent expenses.
The_Superintendent shall as often as one each month submit to the City Council an
itemized statement showing the distribution of�puch contigent hinds no placed in hie hands. -
That nothing herein contained shall be sconstrued as to allow the said Superintendent to

W.E.Wallace, City Sanitary man reported to the Council that he was unable to dump
the night. so31 on the place, the -City -had- previously_ made arraingment_s for and he.-mould_be
compelled- to make other arraingments, which_wd
-oul_cost_ the city _$15.00 per month, upon motion
of Aid. Cornwell, - seconded by Al.d._Sour, Mr.- Wallace was allowed the sum of $15.00 per month
_ beginning with March _1st,_1914_until further_ notice, to take care of said night soil.. Upon
motion of Alda- Cornwell. -seconded by_Ald. Phillips,_the_"Dog Killer" was allowed the sum of
500 for each dog killed and -buried -by -said. "_Dog. -Killer_" _the_-owner-_cfwhom refused to -pay the
City license due thereon and said dog_be_ing killed at the City's instructions.
Aid._ Eason_ from the Auditing Committee reported the following accounts against the
