Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. W.E.Wallace, City Sanitary man reported to the Council that he was unable to dump the night. so31 on the place, the -City -had- previously_ made arraingment_s for and he.-mould_be compelled- to make other arraingments, which_wd -oul_cost_ the city _$15.00 per month, upon motion of Aid. Cornwell, - seconded by Al.d._Sour, Mr.- Wallace was allowed the sum of $15.00 per month _ beginning with March _1st,_1914_until further_ notice, to take care of said night soil.. Upon motion of Alda- Cornwell. -seconded by_Ald. Phillips,_the_"Dog Killer" was allowed the sum of 500 for each dog killed and -buried -by -said. "_Dog. -Killer_" _the_-owner-_cfwhom refused to -pay the City license due thereon and said dog_be_ing killed at the City's instructions.
