A resolution allowing the building of a fence across the South end

of a passaway which passway is located on the West side of the Evergreen Cemetry, and which pae
way is not -a public thourough fare.
Whereas there is a passway along the West side of the Ever Green Cemetery, and which
- passway-does-not-connect-any-two-streets-bu-t--starts-at--the-South e-ide-Dickson--and-ends-at--the-
Southwest corner of said cemetery, and
