Cornwell. - same was carried and Clerk instructed to draw said warrants. __Ald..._Sour introduced.the following resolution and moved its passage, towit: 'I A resolution allowing the building of a fence across the South end 11 of a passaway which passway is located on the West side of the Evergreen Cemetry, and which pae way is not -a public thourough fare. Whereas there is a passway along the West side of the Ever Green Cemetery, and which - passway-does-not-connect-any-two-streets-bu-t--starts-at--the-South e-ide-Dickson--and-ends-at--the- Southwest corner of said cemetery, and ---_-.-..-Whereas.,-i.f-sa.id-pasaway was-c.ontinued-So.uth to Center seme_rvould_pass-o_v_er a_pa_rt_ ' of said Cemetery.
