Whereas there is a passway along the West side of the Ever Green Cemetery, and which - passway-does-not-connect-any-two-streets-bu-t--starts-at--the-South e-ide-Dickson--and-ends-at--the- Southwest corner of said cemetery, and ---_-.-..-Whereas.,-i.f-sa.id-pasaway was-c.ontinued-So.uth to Center seme_rvould_pass-o_v_er a_pa_rt_ ' of said Cemetery.
