-The _reports of_Police Judge, Chief of Police, City Weighmaster,_Treasurer and Special _
_- D_isbursing._Agent_f_or the month of Oct, also the Treasurer's_ report for the month of Sept. 19.13,_
---_ -_ were_presented, read and upon motion same were referred to the Finance Committee for their
'investigation'and report.

Road_was- presented, _read and upon motion same was referred—to—the Light Committee for their

-The Park Committee reported that the Business Liens Club favored The Trent Park propo-
sitionbut ask for further time in which to make their final report. -
The CountyJudge-reported-to the Council that -if the City_ would pay one-fourth of the
_ ,cost of-,gan engine _to_ work -upon the City_ s treeta andin Prairie Township then the Business Iden
Club_ and _the --County_ w.ould_pay_ the balance- and purchase _same_which_matter was referred to th
Street. Committee for further _in_v.estigation.
____Ald.__Sour_introduced -an ordinance en_t_it_led,, " To make tampaing with any water meter
;,furnished by -the City Water Plant a misdemeanor and fixing the punishment for same, " which wa
read the Airst time, whereupon Aldo Price moved that the rules be suspended and said ordinance
be.readthe second -time, _ which__motion was dulyseconded_ by_Ald._Phi_llips and adopted_by the__
following vote,_"Ayes", Cornwell, Sour, Price, Phillips and Wright, "Nays", none, absent and
