Sec.!. That the following tee shall be charged for water by the City water plant when sold

Domestic and commercial rates - For the first 10,000 gallons or less, used per month

Sec. 4. That all bills due the City Water Plan are payable monthly on the first of the month
at the office of the City Water Plant.. -

An ordinance granting to the Chief of the Fayetteville Fire Department certain rights,

�ec.l. The Chief of the Fayetteville Fire Department is hereby granted the authority, right

or the purpose of reducing the danger of fire, by causing to be removed or controlled, any
substanr.es calculated to increase the danger of fire.
Sec.2. That when' in the judgment of the said Chief of -the Fayetteville Fire -Department there i -s —

Upon the request of the Board of Truetees of the U of A, to have a light installed
near the East steps of campus of the University of Arka.nsas,Ald, Sour moved that the Light
_Committee- be instructed -to_have_-sai_d-light installed, which motion woe

Upon motion of Aldo Sour, seconded by Aid. Eason, the City Attorney was instructed to

Upon motion of Ald. Sour, seconded by Ald. Wright, the City Engineer was instructed to
_ give Prof. Droke a grade in_order-that he,_Droke,_could lay his side walk on Hill Street.,
