Cornwell, Price, Phillipe., -Sour and Wright, "Nays", none, absent and not voting, Aldo Eason. Carried. An account of the Fayetteville Lbr. & Cement Co. for $168.35, for supplies furnished -� the City was presented, read and upon motion of Aid. Price, seconded by Aldo Sour and adopted- by_the following vote, "Ayes",_ Cornwell, Price, Phillips, Sour and Wright, "Nays", none, absen f and not voting,_Alci_ Eason, -the Clerk was instructed to _draw a warrant for same. It being shown to the Council that the Auditor of the State of Arkansas has certain money in his handsbelonging-to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, on account of redeemed Town Lots, upon motion of Aid. Sour, seconded by Aldo Cornwell the City Treasurer was instruct „to. draw._said.funds -and _place_them_tothe-credit_of said City in the -_proper-fund,- which motion ;, was -duly__adopted by the following vote, "Ayes", Cornwell., Price, Phillipe, Sour and Fright, "Nays", none', absent and not voting, Al.d.
