Sourintroduced_ an ordinance, entitled - "An ordinance to authorize the Board of Public Affairs. to purchase equipment for .the Fire Department, " which was read the first time, w (whereupon Aldo Sour moved that the rules be suspended and said ordinance be read the second time -�whic i motion was _duly seconded- by Ald.
