Thdt all�curb�s constructed in the C y -o£ Fayettevi]-le, Arkansas, shall.be construct d in accordance with the following specifications • Forms must--be-of well seasoned -2 inchiate-r.ial,.true.and_straight. They must be -set true to line and grade and leave no appreciable s gs or budges in the •curb. - �....._ -_ _The -base --shall - be composed of onepartf Portland_ cement; three parts of clean sharp sand, and five parts rushed stone of size n t less than one•fourth-inch nor' -more than ne.-inch.in greatest dimensions. Road be and--they-'-are hereby required to *build and- construe and inf rent of their respective lots cement curb, set ten feet from the center of the street to the inside of said curb, said curb-to,be.five.inches -wide and -fourteen• -inches -deep.- Said ..curb to__be_build in__ . accordance with ordinances governing the construction of sane. " An ordinance fixing rates for urnishing electricity by -the Fayetteville Gas & Electric Company, .for -the furnishing of urrent to citizens, residents and other parties in the City of Fayetteville, "which was read he -first-time,. whereupon Aid. Price moved that the rules -be suspended.and said ordinance be ead the second_time-, which-INmotionwas duly seconded by Aid.
