"To The Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Ark - we, the undersigne
tate that we are -citizens of the City of Fayetteville, Ark,', and are patrons of the Fa.yettevi
Gas & Electric Company; that the said Fayetteville Gas & Electrim Company is charging us and
Other citizens of-1'ayetteville an exhrbitant rate for the supply of electricity and we hereby
Petition your honorable body to fix a reasonable rate to be paid for electric current as pro-

days additional time to construct said walk as required by notice heretofore served upon her,

Sec.l.I That section 2 of ordinance No.290 passed and approved the 17th. day of August, 1911 be
amended so as to read as follows
That said sidewalks shall be constructed in the manner and of the material required by
