Eason introduced the follw.ving.resolution, and moved its -passage, towit - T Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas - That the owner of_Lot three in Block eight, Masonic Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be rouired to construct a sidewalk four feet and .four inches in width, including curb, along and infront of paid lot, fronting Washington Avenue; that the owner of lots one and one "A" in Block eight Masonic Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be required to construct a sidewalk along and in front -of said lots four feet and four inches in width; including -curb, fronting Washington Avenue.
