I3rAcej__the City Attorney was instructed _—J—_.-._-Upon_motion alq to advertise for bids for putting in a certain walk on Prait.e Avenue belonging to one Roberts, as the City had a proposition from Andy Mhoon, that in case Roberts failed to pay for installing said walk he, Mhoon, would pay for same and hold the city harmless.
