Be it ordained by the Council of the Gity of Fayetteville, Ark.
Sec..1..;.__It__ehall.be..unlawful_for any _person, -persons or corporation to build, construct or main

Street's between St.Charles Street and Arkansas Avenue, which awning, porch or shed shall exte

Sec.2.!' That all awnings, porches or sheds no••v in use on the part of the street mentioned in

directed to remove the same within 30 days after the passage and publication of this ordinance
Sec.3. That the provisions of this ordinance shall not apply to cloth awnings which are
'supported entirely -from -the buildings.
Sec.4. Any person, persons or corporation violating this ordinance or failing to comply with
-- provisions- in -removing awnings,- shed's or -porches, -shall -be -deemed guilty--of--a--misdemeanor.- and:-

upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than $10.00 nor more than $25.00 for each

Sec.5. That all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith to and the same are hereby
