Be i_t resolved by the Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, That as the
petition for an improvement district known as " Public Square Paving Improvement District

Whereas -the -City Council appointed a -Board -of -Improvement -for -said district; acting
under the impression that said petition was signed by the required majority in assessed valuat n

Now therefore be it resolved by the Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
That as _the_gequired_majority_ in assessed valuation failed tosign said petition, the _said_
