Owing to the absence of the Mayor upon motion of Aldo Suttle, seconded by Aldo Price

Aldo Sour was elected President Pro Tem. Aldo Sour taken his seat.
Aldo Suttle intorduced the following resolution,
Beit resolved,__by the Council of the City of Fayettevi7.le, Arkansas.
That the commissioners of Water Improvement District Number One, Fayetteville, Arkan
and-'th-e Mayor of`the C"ity of ayetteville—Arkansas,—be empow"eyed t`o Triter into a contrac
