Messer.s.._G._V.Rattenber.ry_,-et_s.l,_wer-e_present-and a.sked�the-Counc-il totake_ ste,ps__ -towards removing-the.oil-tanks_of the Oil._Company-.now-located_at-the._De.pot_- af_te-r-a_discussio _ of _same the May was instructed to notifymaheyOil Company to remove the said tanks within 30 daye-after receipt of written notice thereof so to do.____�_-___ Dr. Yates appeared before the Council, representing Mrs. Isaac Taylor, stating that_she,-Mrs.._Taylor_,would_ dieed-to the_City 12-inches__or_15--inches_or_whatever am_o_unt_of _grow- _d_ _- r-equired,-_ to make the sidewalk-even, where .she, Mrs. Taylor was instructed to la a side walk East_Spring Street,, provided the City would pay for the laying of said side walk; also Dr. a` ---- -- -- -- - Yates stated that he held which he would pay to the City upon the completion of — _ ._____ c.ertain_work-upon the_ HuntevilleRoad.; which -matters -were_ referred_ to the Street Committee _ pon..motion __of•_Ald.._Suttle_and-seconded_by_Ald.- Sour ._-__ _ Ald. Suttle- introduced the following -resolution " R3solution, Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, _--' That-the--contractnow-existing-between-the of, the Faye tteville--and-W:E:Wallace,-,-Sanitary- Policeman, -Sanitary- -- Policeman, beand the same is hereby annuled and set aside, with the consent of the said W.E. --allace,---- That from and after October 1., 1912, the said W.E.Wallace, be allowed all money =-- -- _.___,collected_ by- him- f_or-sanitary _work -in -the. City-_of_Fayetteville.,._:Arkansas.,_ by way_ of -remunera-- _ tion for his services. _ That the said W.E.Wallace shall remove all carrion from the city without cost to the City of Fayetteville.
