which motion was duly seconded by Aldo Sbur and adopted by the following vote,. "Ayes" _ Eason,

Whereas,as the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas did by Ordinance No.
289, passed add approved Aug. 1.7, 1911. :grant to W.A.Frazser.and. associates the right, power and-
authoraty to construct and operate a Street Car Line within the limits of the City of Fa.%Ltte-
yille, Arkansas, and _
Whereas, the said W.A.Frazser and associates appeared before the Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, and announced their intention of allowing the franchise granted them
y 'said ordinance 289 to forfeit, and further renounced theirir,tention"of constructing the saicj
Street Car line;
