of September, 1912, to September let, 1913 we hereby agree to furnish free of charge one tele- _

to the residence of Chief of Police rind Assistant Chief, and we hereby further agree to furnish

and every property owner owning property on Dickson Street, from the Frisco Depot West, to
- --Arkansas-Avenue-,--in--se.-id-C-i-ty-,-be-and--they-are-hereby-requ-i-red-to-construct-s-idewalke-along-and—
in front of'their respective properties on the North and South sides of said Dickson Street,eight

Street, together with�a curb, and each and every rproperty owner owning property on Dickson

Mr. Putman_,representing the Washington County Fair Association,. submitted the following,

benefit, entertainment and amusement furnished to the people of Fayetteville, Washington County
and the surrounding country by reason of the hmlding of the Washington County Fair, end as an _

assistance.to the VJashin�ton County -Fair Association be it therefore resolved'JThat-the exclusive
rights and privileges of the streets and alleys of the city of Fayetteville be and are hereby
