Sour submitted the follow " To The Honorable Mayor and City Co Gentlemen:, In consideration of the extension of the franchise _of+the Oxford_ Telephone_Mfg, _Co___ oto cons'truot a TelepYione system in this City (Fayetteville) for one year from the first day of September, 1912, to September let, 1913 we hereby agree to furnish free of charge one tele- _ phone- to-the-office-of-the~Mayor-and-'one to-tYie office of -tile Pdrice Judge and`one piiore each to the residence of Chief of Police rind Assistant Chief, and we hereby further agree to furnish to..-the-residence-of-each-of-the-present-f-ourteen-f-ireman- or -their successors; one phone' free-of- entals.
