An Ordinance to amend section f Ordinance No*__2 96.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Sec -41 - • -at-section 4- of -ordinance --number 296-be-+amen-ded-to read a"s follows:_
"Every Nner or tennant using a privy without a written consent or permit
