Sec.2.i All manure when removed from the stalls of barns and stables must be collected and

until the 1st dayy'of November, of each year, mhst be kept constantly screened from flies.
Sec. 3. All manure bins shall be entirely emptied and thoroughly cleaned at least once per

Sec.5. Tf the said owner or occupant fails or refuses to abate the same within five days
