' Be - it -resolved -by the City Council of -the City of" Fayetteville, Arkansas, that the
Irate of taxes for General City Purposes for the year 1911 be and it is hereby declared to be

- - 4five mills on -the -dollar of -the assessed valuation of ail -real or personal property within
the limits of the said City of Fayetteville, Arkarmas, as shown by the Assessment Books for
--_ _ !County and &-tate_.purposes and the same is herebye levied and -the Mayor -and City Clerk .of said
City are hereby authorized and directed to certify this levy to the Counbg(clerk of lashington
County, Arkansas, to the end that the assessment may be placed on the.Tax Books and be collet
ed with the State and County Taxes. " and moved its addption, which motion was duly seconded
by Aid. Sour and adopted by the following vote - "Ayes" - Appleby,, Cornwell, Jobe, Sour and
- Suttle, "Nays" - None, absent and not voting Aid. Hight, same -receiving two -thirds -majority 6
I all members elected to the City Council was therefore declared to be adopted and the Mayor ad
- City Clerk -so -instructed to certify same to the -County -Clerk as- aforesaid.
