Citizens on West Dickson Street presented a_
petition asking for the instellion_of
three lights on West Dickson Street which was read, whereupon Aldo Suttle moved that said
petition be referred to the Committee_for -their investigation_and report, which motion

The C,.& B.. Adv. Co. presented a petition and franchdse asking for a franchise to
place the.ir_waste_boxes around the square and public streets, -which petition and franchise was ,
read and upon motion of Aldo Suttle, seconded by Aldo Sour_smae were referred to -the Ordinance
Committee for their investigation and report.
Aldo Suttle from the Finance Committee repabted the following reports of the City

Aldo Suttle moved that the Chairman of the Street Committee be instructed to bo"ow
$1000:00 to be used in working the Streets in the City of Fay�etteville, and to get the beat
terms possible, which motion was duly seconded by Aldo Sour•and adopted by the following vote,

The Fire Committee reported after an investigation of the bids submitted to build the Fire House,___
that they would, recommend_ that the.contract -for said work be given to_Mr. .A._Byrnes.

LaFayette Avenue and Vandeventer Streets and one on Arkansas Avenue, Dickson Street and

erected by permission of the City Council and was since ordered down by the Police Judge and asked
