Aldo Hight introduced the following resolution ;_ " Resolved, that the license on each and every automobile used the City limits for private use be and the is per -in -_same -$5.00 annum, on each and every automobile used in the City limits for public hire, be and the same is $10.00 per.•annum " and moved its adoption, which motion was duly seconded by Aid.
