Suttle kxmR move that .the Ordinance Committee be instructed to draft an Ordinance ordering in eight foot side wa ke , on College Avenune from Center Street North to Maple Street - whereupon Aid. alight offered an amendment.to this motion as follows, that the Edetthalf of the first block should be from proper y line to the curb instead of eight feet, which amendment was accepted, which�.,motibndwas duly _.-aec'onded_by Aid'.
