Suttle introduced the following resolution sowit _" Resolved by the - City Ccuncil 6fotine 'City of Fayetteville, _ That the one story wooden building on Pest Dickson 1%9 Street, in the -City of Fayetteville,, belonging to the estate of_E.P.Burrouse,deceased, and - situated on Lot 6 of Block six of the County Court Addition is insecurely constructed, and _ -_;x.14 ble at.•any;time_to be- destroyed by fire and to cause the -destruction of buildings on other Iloto,.,in the,vicinty, and is therefore hereby­declaredto be a public nuisance and ordered abated. -The owners of the -said _building are therefore requiredto-remove it from the said lot n_ 1 and_beyong the fire limits prescribed by the City withithirty_days after the passage of this resolution.It .shall be the__duty of the_City Clerk to cause-a.certified_copy of this resolutio to,be.del_ivered to the owner of the said building or to the agent of the owner having it in charge.,, immediately after -its passage, " and moved its adoption, which motion was duly second d _._ t,i !by.
