allow her to receive the same at cost. The question of ordering in walks on College Avenue was ;

notified'when thequestion shall be brought up again and they will have the opportunity appesz

City Ccuncil 6fotine 'City of Fayetteville, _ That the one story wooden building on Pest Dickson

Street, in the -City of Fayetteville,, belonging to the estate of_E.P.Burrouse,deceased, and -
situated on Lot 6 of Block six of the County Court Addition is insecurely constructed, and
_ -_;x.14 ble at.•any;time_to be- destroyed by fire and to cause the -destruction of buildings on other
Iloto,.,in the,vicinty, and is therefore herebydeclaredto be a public nuisance and ordered
abated. -The owners of the -said _building are therefore requiredto-remove it from the said lot
