deed'to a portion of West West Rock Street, which said portion had been acquired by the City seve

by AldoHight, same was referred to the City Attorney for his investigation and report.

Absent 7 Mayor (ontaccount of sickness). Minutes of meeting heft March,2E3, 1910 were read and
approved - Aid. 'light moved that Aid. Jobe be appointed President Pro Tem - which.motion was dul
seconded by_ A14, Sour and adopted by following vote, "Ayes" _ Appleby, Hdght, Phillips, Sour

The City Attorney reports favor upon the request of Mr. McDaniel to give him, the said

McDaniel a quit claim deed to a bortion of Yrest Rock Street - whereupon Ad. Sour moved that the
follbwing resolution be adopted, towit " Whereas, it is shown to the Council that about the year
1880 ore :-..:: -R-ichmond--was--the-owner of -a strip of -ground- forty -feet-wide fronting -on West Street
and running back from Nest Street and adjoining on the North, the property of D.B.Jobe,.and an
