Jobe, Hig1.t, Sour and Suttle, "Nays" _-None, absent and not vo-ting, Ald. Phillipe., same receiving
a majority o.f all members elected to the City Council was therefore declared to be adopted and
the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants for said several accounts.
Upon motion Council adjourned.

Alderman Phillins - Minutes of meeting -held March 9, 1911 were read and. approved.
.The_C_ity_;Atto.rney__pr.esented-an_Ordinance-r.e.quir_ingzall.fcoal_-sold. in the City to be
iteighed as requested by the Council at a previous meeting - which ordinance was passed for the
time being without any action upon same. •
Aid. Sour into.r.duwed an -Ordinance, entitled, I�
which said Ordinance oras read the first time and -upon motion of Aid. Appleby, seconded _by Aid.
Hight game was referred'to the Finance Committee for their investigation and report.
Aid. Sour on behalf -of the Oxford Telephone Company ,_asked for _an_exterieion-_of_six
,month time from the date.of the expiration of their present Franchise, which mequest_:was_granted
tby,the following vote, "Ayes" - Appleby, Jobe, Hight, Sour and Suttle, "Nays" - None, absent
not voting, Aid. Phillips.
