Minutes of meeting held Habrha.ry 25,'1911 were read and a.pproved.Mr. J.C.Mitchell appeared be—
fore the Council and asked that side walks be ordered in onLocustStreet between Spring and
Dickson Streets — whereupon Ald. Suttle moved that -the Ordinance Committee be instructed to draft
