Phill: Minutes of meeting, held Hal7rhary 25, 1911 were read and apnroved.Mr. J.C.Mitchell anneered be— fore the Council and asked that side walks be ordered in on Locust Street between Spring and Dickson Streets — whereupon Ald. Suttle moved that the Ordinance Committee Le instructed to draft an Ordinance requiring the owners of real estate on said Street to put in side walks, which mouton was duly seconded by Ald.
