Appieby moved that the City loan to the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement Die. No. One of thee, of Fayetteville, -Arkansas, $1500.00 out of the Fire.Fund,_for one year-with-- interest ear_with.=interest thereon at 4% per annum, to help said Commissioner discharge indebtedness which they were,. - -- w ith compelled to pay at once and had no funds which to pay same -which motion was duly seconded by__.
