Appleby moved that all persons who wished to be ellowed to haul gravel for the Streets in the City of Fayetteville, without paying a license for said privilege — which mot=or. was d seconded 'Ly Ald. Sour Pnd e,dop ed by the following vote, Ayes — Apnle'Ly, Jobe, bight, Sour and Suttle, Neys — None, absent end not voting, Phillips — Carried. Ald.
