Ald. Jobe from the Sewer Committee reports that he is favorable to Trap being used on
all sewer being put in inside the amity limits, and to enforce the Ordinance governing same, which
report was duly adopted, upon motion of Ald. Hight.
The question of electing a City Attorney was discussed, there being two applicants.the
Mayor instructed the Clerk to call the roll — those voting for Enohanan, were Ald. Appleby, Jobe
and Sour, - Hight not voting at present - for Tillman, Ald. Sour - whereupon Ald. Hight cast his
vDtefor luchanan, and the vote being Your for huchanon, one for Tillman, luchennon receiving a
..ajority was therefore declared to be elected.
Upon motion kjouncil adjourned.
