Alderman Suttle - Minutes of meeting held July 21, 1910 were read, corrected and approved.
Alderman Appleby from the Street Committee reported that the time had expired for Miss -'
Amanda Stone to comply with a notice served upon her to put in a side walk in front her building,
on the Newt side of the Public Square and desired to have the members of the Council exnress them
selves as to whether the City would proceed to fine Miss Stone for her failure_to_-comply_with_the-_
said notice,_ or have the City to_advertise for bids and put- said _walkin_ and file -a -lien -against_
said property for the cost of the walk - after adue deliberation__had_the.reon by-the_Counc-il_it___
decided that the City advertise for bids and proceed to put said walk_ in_and _file _a_lien agains-t-..-
_-the_.property, The Mayor appointed Prof. Knock ts Insnec_tor of -S,ever..s_to_fill the, vacancy__caus ed -
by the -absence of Mr. Reese, the regular Inspector, which appointment was duly approved and con-
firmed by the? Council. The several accounts of Hall & Flowers for sum of $299.21 was read and
referred to the Auditing- Committee. The Committee appointed by the mayor_at_a_previous-meetin -to,___._
ascertain how Rose

following " we, the Committee report on the annexing of Rose Hill Addition_ and recommend that
same .be added to tae second ward, and Ddty Park and Davidson Additions be added'to the third ward
