Minutes of meetings held June 23 and 30th 1910 were read and approved Alderman Suttle from the Finance Committee reported the report of City Treasurer__ for the month of June, 1910, examined and found correct and a copy of which is as follows,towit - " 5/31 Bal. on hand. 372.53. Bank,._ one -against _the collegeAve.Inpr. Dist. and the other ,against- the_Qity of Fayetv teille_,__- —_- which motdon was duly -seconded' by_Alderman_Sour,__and_adop ted-by__the_-.follow.ing_v.o.te.,. tow.it_-:_-_ i --TAyes" - Appleby, Jobe; Hight, Sour, Philips,_ and Suttle,_ "Na s" - None_, absent and not in "None" - Same receiving a majority of all members elected was declared adopted and the - ikxk}asx5k#xmffkx5t=tx7Fk4imxaxctx4kx Clerk was instructed to draw warrants in payment of same. Alderman Suttle moved that the City place steps at the East end of a bridge cross_ig the branch at the West end of Center Street, which motion was seconded by Ald. Phillips, and adopted by the following vote, "Ayes" - Sour, Suttle and Phillipa, "Nays"_ Apple by_,Jobe _and - Hight - Absent and not voting "None" - Same being a tie vote the Mayor cast the deciding vote in favor of said motion and the Street Commissioner was authorized and instructed to build sad steps._ _ The.accounts-of J.H.PhippsLbr Co. for_ -$3.72, Light_Co._ for $131.66, _S-.P_.Roger.s,_$9.-5 ' Williams & Wages, $4.95 were read and referred to the Auditing Committee The reports of_W.F.
