Sour introduced the following, resolution towit :- Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, That the change made in the record of "Decemb'er-30-th`; 1 -910 --By add"ing-to- said - -Resolution- -the following words, -to-the^lastline thereof viz :- " Upon the understanding that such acts were to be approved at the next regular meeting *-were wihout--authority -of -the--Council--and-the Clerk is herety-'ordered-to-strike the same from th the record of said meeting, and insert the words.
